Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 p/a

The Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. You will work in a very busy, Birmingham based, full-service eCommerce agency across a huge range of different projects, working with various clients to create clear roadmaps and put their goals into deliverable plans that the creative and development teams can action.

You’ll be part of a growing team that strive for perfection, delivering results that exceed client expectations and are more importantly, delivered on time. You will be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once, leading and motivating your team through an organised and efficient management style.

Ideally you will have around 2-3 years’ experience in an agency environment, have built long-lasting client relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities

Leading a variety of projects, including managing clients, schedules and budgets – you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients
Proactively working to find new solutions and opportunities to improve clients’ eCommerce businesses
Working closely with the creative, development and management teams to deliver client briefs and integrate new clients into the business
Communicating project schedules with the wider team and sharing strategies for further growth with the client services team
Providing outstanding client service, ensuring regular contact is made
Motivate your project team, leading them to produce work of the highest quality

Essential Skills

Experience developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships
Exposure to software, including Jira, Confluence and other similar project management support tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing and retail processes
Able to think logically and creatively with an enthusiastic approach to problem-solving
Able to lead a project team confidently, managing resources and providing direction
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about company growth and expansion

Bonus Skills

Experience using the BigCommerce platform is a plus
Experience using analytics platforms and extracting insights for reports and analysis
