Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 p/a

We are looking for a driven and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. You will work in a very busy, Birmingham based, full-service eCommerce agency across a huge range of different projects, working with various clients to create clear roadmaps and put their goals into deliverable plans that the creative and development teams can action.
You’ll be part of a growing team that strive for perfection, delivering results that exceed client expectations and are more importantly, delivered on time. You will be able to effectively manage multiple projects at once, leading and motivating your team through an organised and efficient management style.
Ideally you will have around 2-3 years’ experience in an agency environment, have built long-lasting client relationships and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
