Working in the DACH region, you will be our client’s trusted advisor, managing the relationship and be focused on growth for them and for us. You will work in a very busy, full-service eCommerce agency and be part of a growing team that strives for perfection, delivering results that exceed client expectations and are more importantly, delivered on time.
ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
giving presentations to clients about products or services
acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both the company and the client
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English and German
Able to think logically and creatively with an enthusiastic approach to problem-solving
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about company growth and expansion
Fluency in Italian or French
Experience working with BigCommerce
Experience developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships
An understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing and retail processes
Experience using analytics platforms and extracting insights for reports and analysis
Exposure to software, including Jira, Confluence and other similar project management support tools
