Head of Performance Marketing

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 Hours

Salary: £30k-£35k

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to manage and develop plans and strategies for client business growth. You will work in a very busy Digbeth-based, full-service eCommerce agency across a huge range of varied and exciting projects.

You’ll be part of a growing team that strives for perfection, delivering results that exceed client expectations and are, more importantly, delivered on time. You will be a skilled and organised multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise challenging workloads.

You will have strong project management and people management skills, with experience working in a complex, delivery-focused organisation.

We require someone with a hard-working and dedicated yet, friendly approach who can think on their feet and remain calm under pressure. This is an exciting time to join a modern and dynamic team, who are experiencing vast company expansion and growth in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge and experience working on International marketing campaigns
Able to lead a project team confidently, managing resources and providing direction, advice and guidance to wider team members.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using client defined KPIs
Deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing and retail processes, including omni-channel marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and social strategy.
Plan, coordinate and execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns to support client growth, retention and omnichannel market engagement
Optimise processes in the marketing and management teams, presenting new, innovative and efficient ideas to maximise campaign ROI.

Essential Skills

Experience managing complex projects simultaneously whilst delivering high-impact.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about company growth and expansion.
Knowledge of technology integrations, omni-channel brand and marketing campaigns, and global marketing initiatives.
Extremely organised with an ability to multitask, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to understand and report on large volumes of data.
You are a strategic and intuitive thinker with the ability to adapt to the fast paced and competitive marketing/eCommerce landscape.

Bonus Skills

Exposure to software, including Jira or other similar project management support tools.
Experience using BigCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
Experience using BI Tools like Glew.io.
