What we’re looking for from you:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior/Graduate Account Executive to join our multi award-winning agency headquartered in Birmingham, UK.

You’ll be part of a team who strive for perfection, delivering results that exceed client expectations and are more importantly, delivered on time.

You will be a passionate, reliable, and organised individual who will thrive in a creative environment and have the self-motivation to learn, progress, and take on more responsibility for projects. You will be able to effectively work alongside an Account or Project Manager to deliver projects on time and in budget. You will also be able to manage a challenging workload and prioritise tasks.

This is an office-based role with the possibility for flexible working. This position will involve travel to meet and spend time with our global clients.

Job Responsibilities

Providing outstanding client service, ensuring regular contact is made
Working closely with the development team to fulfil client requests and site updates
Managing the account’s budget and support hours
Proactively working to find new solutions and opportunities to improve clients’ ecommerce businesses
Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
Checking and regularly reporting on campaign progress

Essential Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to think logically and creatively with an enthusiastic approach to problem-solving
Basic understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing and retail processes
Superb time management and ability to multi-task

Bonus Skills

Experience using support and project management systems is a plus
