In your role, what do you most enjoy and what area do you feel you excel in?
Understanding client Platform challenges which includes, lost service and revenue opportunities and then supporting clients in delivering 5X-10X growth through, driving efficiency with always a key focus on better serving their customers.
Where do you see yourself career-wise in 5 years?
In a more senior commercial role, perhaps with a team to increase effectiveness.
Who or what inspires you?
To create balance inspiration comes from a few different sources. ie Great entrepreneurs, Musk, Branson, Mind extenders Tony Robbins, Dan Sullivan etc.
Got any pets?
Maisie is a family favourite super powers are... Unwrapping gifts/anything. 'Working' people to make her world a better place, food, treats etc... In her spare time she has a personal vendetta against the daily Postie, from whom she has an 'ASBO' accolade.
Tell us a little bit about yourself / family / hobbies
Family man with 3 boys, of course they are always delivering joy and usefulness unless they are being twits! Love the outdoors so I live conveniently near a forest, an excellent location for my MTB addiction, always learning, and I do all my own stunts! - Also useful for running and walking Maisie. Love good food and good wine, and of course occasional skinful of Beer or Cider perhaps after Badminton.
What's the best advice you've ever heard/been given?
Growth mindset is such a wonderful idea and concept so essential to modern life, it should be always taught/practised in schools.
