Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will work in a very busy, Digbeth based, full service creative agency across a huge range of different projects and will need to have a strong analytical mindset with unmatched levels of attention to detail, communication and organisation.

You will be able to take charge of large-scale ecommerce projects with enthusiasm and determination, seeing a project through from start to completion.

Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years’ of experience managing ecommerce projects, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects on time and simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
Scope and manage projects to mitigate risks and manage client expectations
Develop creative and technical briefs for the design and development teams, ensuring you communicate the project goals effectively
Keep track of project schedules, assessing potential risks and roadblocks ahead of time
Communicate schedules with the project team, ensuring goals are met and clients are happy
Quality assess all work produced
Create and maintain technical project documentation and be the source of knowledge across all project specifications
This role will require travel across Europe and North America

Essential Skills

Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
A deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems and the technical specifications that accompany them
Experience taking control of organisation and communication of project timelines
Have worked with a wider team to ensure deadlines are met and prioritising tasks with a solution-led mindset
Strong attention to detail, extremely organised and excellent communication skills
Be a master of documentation with experience using SmartSheet and Jira

Bonus Skills

Experience and knowledge of the BigCommerce platform
Highly technical and comfortable setting up and configuring stores using systems like Linnworks
