I'd like to be in a lead developer role or at least as close to it as possible.

I have a cat, and the thing is possessed. She looks cute but she will rip you hand off in a second.
Tell us a little bit about yourself, your family and hobbies
I have a partner of 15 years and 2 children, Maddie who is 11 in May and Lily who is 7 in Feb. I turned 40 in August and have returned to work after some time as a stay at home dad. I home brew beer, cider and wine, love F1 and, when I have the time, like to game.
