What made you apply for a job with 5874?

In my job search, I came across the job at 58 that really appealed to me. I really liked what 58 do, as well as what they could offer me for future progression. The job role not being my background, I was made to feel comfortable and confident that the support and guidance was there to support me.The hybrid working policy is a bonus, allowing a better work-life balance from previous jobs.

What's your favourite thing about working here?

The people and the environment. Everyone is so welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The office banter is pretty good too! Oh, who can forget the office snacks as well?

What would you say is your favourite project you've worked on?

Being fairly new I haven’t had a major impact on any of the projects thus far, however, some of the stuff in the pipeline seems very interesting!

Where do you see yourself career-wise in 5 years?

I’d like to be more involved in what we do here at 58, expanding my knowledge on the technologies we use, aiming to be in a senior or higher position.

Tell us a bit about your pets (if you have any!)

I have a St Bernard called Rufus and a cat called Neville. Neville does the thing all cat’s love to do, sleep all day. Rufus however, doesn’t even know his own size and is very much a lap dog.
