The Challenge
Their ERP directly fed their ecommerce platform, resulting in inefficiencies, duplicated efforts, and bloated product catalogs. They needed a robust Product Information Management (PIM) system to simplify data flows, improve enrichment capabilities, and lay the groundwork for a composable digital strategy.
