We’re proud to share our 2024-2025 B Corp Impact Report, marking a year defined by resilience, clarity, and a return to profitability. With a certified B Impact Score of 87.2, we have continued to prove that business success and social responsibility go hand in hand.
This year, we focused on strengthening our internal culture, standardising our operations, and amplifying our impact on the wider ecommerce community.
Key achievements include:
- Championing Women in Commerce: We successfully delivered the 2025 Women’s Domain Accelerator, providing mentorship and support to 8 female-driven brands.
- Investing in Our People: Following a business restructure, we prioritized our team by implementing a whole-team, inflation-busting pay rise and rewarding loyalty with 3 long-service sabbaticals.
- Strengthening Governance: We achieved a perfect 10/10 score for "Mission Locked" governance and appointed new leadership to lead a comprehensive process review, ensuring transparency and high standards.
- Commitment to Sustainability: We maintained our environmental focus by prioritizing public transport for company travel and enforcing a strict focus on an ethical supply chain.
Looking Ahead As we move forward, we have set a recertification target of 90 points for 2027. We also plan to evolve The Women’s Domain back to a grassroots approach, hosting accessible in-person events supported by our key technology partners.
