Q: Tell us a little about GTSE and what sets it apart.

Tom: GTSE specialises in cable ties, tapes and other electrical consumables – We supply, we source and we support a wide range of customers with their consumable requirements. Our mission is to provide top-quality products with an emphasis on reliability and value. We’re always looking for ways to make our customers’ experience even better, which is why a strong ecommerce platform is so important to us.

Q: What challenges were you facing before partnering with 5874 Commerce?

Tom: We’d previously worked with a less experienced agency, and while they helped lay the groundwork, our platform wasn’t performing as it should. It needed stability and scalability to handle growth. We were also struggling to ensure a seamless customer experience, which is critical for our brand.

Q: How did 5874 Commerce help you overcome these challenges?

Tom: It’s been a real partnership from day one. 5874 guided us through the project, ensuring minimal disruption and a platform that’s not only robust but tailored to our needs. Q: What’s next for GTSE?

Tom: Expansion is a big focus for us. We’re excited to bring our products to more markets and continue working with partners like 5874 to make it happen!
