IRX & eDX 2023 one of the leading events in the eCommerce industry, has launched a new conference track this year called Inclusion & Diversity in Modern Commerce. The new conference track – launching on Thursday 25 May – will provide a fantastic opportunity to bring together passionate retail leaders from under-represented backgrounds in one place on one day, to network, learn and form lasting relationships. The Women’s Domain is delighted to host two roundtables (The Future of eCommerce: A woman’s role in our industry and Diversity in leadership: why representation matters) and the event will also have a host of excellent speakers including this episode’s guest, Carly Tait. Carly Tait is a Team GB Paralympian and also a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant – working with top brands on their DE&I policies and more.
