10 Years of BigCommerce!

August 2019 marks 10 years since our Digital Director, Rupert Cross, received an email about the launch of an eCommerce platform, BigCommerce, designed to help small and mid-size businesses set up their online store. They were looking for partners who could help with the implementation of the SaaS platform, and Rupert saw the potential in a platform that went against the grain of other on-premise, legacy offerings and thought it would be a good fit for present and future clients. 

And so a partnership began.

A month later, we launched our first store on the platform. 

A decade later, both BigCommerce and 5874 have come a long way. As an Elite and Certified partner, 5874 have built over 250 BigCommerce sites. The team has grown rapidly in size and we have worked with incredible clients from a variety of industries over the last 10 years. We’ve had some fantastic opportunities working alongside BigCommerce and can’t wait to see what the future holds as it continues to adapt and evolve with the changes in the industry.
